Some previous efficiency research or production projects 
include:
- Enhancing an eCommerce system to custom change order statuses based on warehouse back-orders.
- Change eCommerce orders to automatically custom label product types, for easier fulfillment by warehouse workers.
- Examining a software shop and determining that automating their development environment could save hours of work on a daily basis.
- Process improvement: Developing an automated solution to automatically retrieve and print third party labels from cloud services for a single order, thereby cutting shipping times in half.
- Researching commercial search software products for C-level executives, drastically reducing the time of past email research time and/or PDF fulfillment orders for a medium sized business.
- Automating eCommerce systems to allow for automated sales events without any user intervention. Automation included sales coupons (with even expiration), banners, sales pages and custom pricing displays.
- Custom Software integration: After an internal audit of system, we built a custom integration of a customer medical information portal, allowing batch print of documents from the internal network to high-end printer, directly from the staff desktop using only a web-browser. Staff would only have to walk over to retrieve final batch of documents when they were complete.
- Startup engineering: Engineered a revolutionary crawler for a startup. Crawler would gather publicly available data from sources, compile and push data to a custom designed database. Crawler would intelligently re-crawl data as it aged out, depending on several proprietary factors. Crawled data turned into an entire service model of building and/alerting paying customers to changed data (change detection).
- Finding business products in existing data. Client had a tremendous amount of internal data used for proprietary services. We discovered a simple report that proved to be valuable to their existing clients and turned into a new line of revenue.
